Trauma Sensitive Yoga for Adult Women. This gentle, non judgmental practice is for women who have experienced some form of trauma and have lost touch with their bodily held feelings. This practice offers the opportunity for self exploration as opposed to outward expression. No yoga experience needed. Supplies will be provided. Please wear comfortable, loose clothing. Expect to attend all 5 Thursdays, beginning January 12, 2017 from 6-7 pm.
