An event every week that begins at 11:00am on Tuesday, repeating until February 7, 2017
This class is for adults who experience depression and anxiety. The class will use a combination of movement, breath work meditation and yoga postures to focus on calming skills and emotional regulation. Please wear comfortable loose clothing. No prior dance or yoga experience needed. Tuesdays beginning January 10, 2017 (11 am- 12 pm).
