Easy Body, Easy Mind (11-13 yrs)

An event every week that begins at 5:45pm on Wednesday, repeating until February 8, 2017
This class is for 11-13 year children who are looking for ways to channel their anxiety in a more positive and productive way. Using a combination of movement, breath work and yoga children will learn to focus on on calming skills and energy regulation. No prior yoga experience needed. Wear comfortable loose clothing. Supplies will be provided. 45 minutes. 5 Wednesdays beginning January 11, 2017 from 5:45-6:30 pm.
