Art journaling takes the ho-hum process of “What did I do today?” into a whole new realm — “What do I feel right now?” It’s a powerful way to capture and explore your everyday thoughts and feelings, which might otherwise go unnoticed. Monthly art therapy classes explore one topic or medium at a time, in a safe and supportive environment.
